Founded in 2022 by Dr. Mashkoor Ahmad Usmani and MD Farhan Akhtar, HFA Consultants began as a focused recruitment agency with a mission to connect skilled Indian workers with high-quality employment opportunities in the Middle East. When we established HFA Consultants in 2022, our vision was clear — to build a bridge between the vast pool of skilled Indian talent and the growing workforce demands of the international market, particularly in the Middle East. Having observed the challenges faced by both employers and job seekers, we saw the urgent need for a manpower agency that prioritized quality, integrity, and long-term relationships over short-term gains.
Today, our operations span across Dubai, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman, serving major projects in construction, maintenance, and various other industries.
